4.    Tarnabod, 29 September 2008, Molotov cocktails thrown and shots fired at a house, no casualties
5.    Nagycsécs, 3 November 2008, shots fired at a house, two dead victims
6.    Alsózsolca, 15 December 2008, shots fired at gypsy man, seriously injuring him
7.    Tatárszentgyörgy, 23 February 2009, shots fired at house, father and 5 year old son died

Robert Csorba (a 27 year old Roma) ran out of his burning house in Tatárszentgyörgy/Hungary on February 23rd 2009 carrying his fiveyear old son Robert (Robika) in his arms. Once out of the house they were immediately put to death by a lead shot gun.

Falling hand and the tilted never-ending column (Brancusi) - the world tree.

Robert und Robika - ein Denkmal

Robert Csorba (ein 27 jähriger Roma) flüchtete in der Nacht des 23. Februar 2009 aus seinem brennenden Haus in Tatárszentgyörgy/Ungarn, in den Armen seinen 5 jährigen Sohn Robert (Robika). Auf den ersten Metern wurden sie von Schrotkugeln niedergestreckt.

Zwei Eichenstämme:
Die fallende Hand und die gekippte unendliche Säule (Brancusi) - der Weltenbaum.

• Im Rahmen der 20. Europäischen Kulturtage Karlsruhe 2010 “Budapest/Pécs Zwischen den Zeiten und Welten”
• Als Teil des Projektes Kunstunternehmen

Robert s Robika - egy emlékmű

Két tölgyfatörzs: A hulló kéz és a végtelen oszlop (Brancusi) - a világfa
“Hetfőn Tatárszentgyörgyön megöltek egy ötéves gyermeket és 27 éves édesapját, házunkban tűz ütött ki.
A helyszínen sőrétes puskából származó töltényhüvelyeket találtak. A nyomozók kezdetben nem fedezték fel a töltényeket, órákon keresztül a helyszínt nem zárták le.”

In Ungarn ist es gerichtlich erlaubt und zählt zum Recht auf freie Meinungsäusserung, wenn man Eier auf andere schmeißt.
Besonders beliebt ist das Eierwerfen auf “Nicht echte Ungarn”. Oft sind die Eier vorher an der Sonne gereift, manchmal Eigelb und Eiweiß gegen Chemikalien ausgetauscht. Seltener werden anstelle von Eiern, Steine und Molotow-Cocktails geworfen.

Da ich kein echter Ungar bin, habe ich mich selbst mit Eiern beworfen, es ist immerhin erlaubt.

In Hungary it is allowed by courts to throw eggs at others. Throwing eggs belongs to the freedom of expression.
Rather common is it to throw eggs at “not real Hungarians”. Often the eggs are ripend under the sun, sometimes the yellow and the white of an egg are replaced by chemicals. Rarely stones or molotow-cocktails are thrown instead of eggs.

Because I am not a real Hungarian, I threw eggs at myself, it is allowed afterall.

Hungarys national “sport” is: Who is the unhappiest?
This was the root for my idea to the poster, which goes:
“You try invain! I am the unhappiest.”

The Poster was shown at “ARC” posterfestival at Hösök tere, Budapest in 2008, July.

Ungarns “Nationalsport” ist: Wer ist der unglücklichste?
Das war der Grund für die Idee zum Plakat:
“Du strengst dich umsonst an! Ich bin der unglücklichste.”
Das Gesicht wurde von André Jenő Raatzsch geliehen. Herzlichen Dank!
Das Plakat wurde auf dem Plakatfestival von “ARC” im Juli 2008 auf dem Heldenplatz in Budapest gezeigt.

Legszebb öröm
Mélységes örömet okozott nekem Schikowski Alexander “Hiába” című alkotása, amin a képzőművész … felvállalja, hogy hiába igyekszem, akkor is ő a legboldogtalanabb. Ha majd szomorú leszek, Alexanderra fogok gondolni.

The Biggest Joy
Deep joy gives me the poster of Alexander Schikowski. He states that I would try invain, he is afterall the unhappiest. In the future, if I will be sad, I am going to think of Alexander.

Die größte Freude.
Tiefgehende Freude hat bei mir das Plakat von Alexander Schikowski ausgelöst, auf dem er behauptet, egal wie ich mich anstrenge, er ist der unglücklichste. Falls ich jetzt mal traurig sein sollte, werde ich an Alexander denken.
